  • Sign, upload, manage important documents

  • See your financial overview (landlords)

Based on our research, it was clear to me that the whole property management process is basically task management. There are things you have to do, simple as that: whether it's uploading a document, signing a contract, paying for a service. You get the idea…

The availability settings. Not just because I came up with this piece, but also how well it was received by the users and how simple and clearly it does what it's supposed to do : )

Direnç was a dream to work with – his ideas were excellent and original, and his designs were clean and professionally delivered. He worked tremendously quickly, to tight deadlines, and somehow always seemed relaxed! I would not hesitate to work with Direnç again – he’d be an asset to any team.

This was a project I worked on during my time at Inviqa as a Sr. Experience Designer, in 2021. In September 2022 I was contacted by Savills and hired for the Alpha release as a freelance UI/UX consultant. The platform is currently (as of Nov. 2022) in development for the Alpha release.
